I wish I could give this company zero…
I wish I could give this company zero stars! They hire some of the most disrespectful and unprofessional drivers. I order from this company alot but orders are always missing items. When I report my missing items, they are always denying me a refund. I'm sick and tired of this company and will be reporting them to the better business bureau for keeping my money when I'm missing items.

Need my credit card for a free lunch?
My boss put a $20 credit on this App. When I tried to use it the total was less than $20 but Doordash still wanted my credit card.... WHY???? I could not order my lunch without putting my credit card info in so I cancelled my order. That is a scam. I know what kind of people they hire and I would never give out my credit card info or use Doordash myself.

I placed an order with DoorDash for and didn't receive an item and they denied a refund.
I placed an order with DoorDash for a delivery from Subway. The store did not send one item. I ordered a sub and two cookies - I received only one cookie. When I contacted DoorDash support, they said I am not eligible for a refund. When I contact the store, they tell me to contact DoorDash - Why would I lie and want a refund for one cookie that costs maybe $1.29? This is something genuine and needs to be fixed in order to avoid such situations in the future - why should a customer suffer for an order they received wrong? DoorDash never compensates - this is stealing from a customer who pays for items they don't receive -very bad customer service - I do not know why people order from them - they are ripping customers! Terrible experience every time with them. Worst customer service!

Charged for nothing!
I cannot believe that Door Dash would not refund or at least credit my money when the Door Dash Driver delivered my food to another house. The Driver even reported as such. I called a few times, it was escalated more than once but still no credit. I even sent them pictures of the house where they dropped it off versus mine. This is just one of many bad experiences with them.

Horrific service and their customer…
Horrific service and their customer service is a joke I saw that a service charged $29.48 then yesterday it flashed on my phone that after tip that charge updated to 58.98. What?! Some thief gave themselves a $30 tip how could they do that? I called and was on hold for hours for door dash customer service then I called bright and early today and finally someone named Gilda answered and she was not very good as assessing the situation then she said she would transfer me to the department who can help then 10 minutes on hold she says they're having g a problem with that department and promises to call me back in 10-15 minutes but keeps saying have a good day I said please do t forget about me. 2 hours later I called and I know it was her voice that answered I told her I was calling back and she transfers me and I've been on hold for approx 35 minutes now. This is unbelievable.

Beware of DoorDash subscription tricks
My wife ordered DoorDash a few times earlier this year. Then, when checking our AMEX credit card statements a month or two after the last time she ordered, I noticed a recurring charge of $9.99 and neither of us had ordered anything. I queried the charge with AMEX and they eventually refused to refund the money because DoorDash claimed it was for an ongoing subscription to their service. I think that DoorDash had surreptitiously included the subscription as part of the order process. It is only a small amount of money, but if I had not noticed, DoorDash would have had its hand in my pocket forever. What the company did is reprehensible and they need to be held to account. I am complaining to Consumer Protection in Western Australia and am writing this post to warn other potential DoorDash users of this scam. Check your credit card statements to see if they are milking you. I will never use them again and they deserve to go out of business.

First time customer. Ordered 1 sandwich and 1 brownie. Never received delivery. No attempt to correct mistake and doubtful that I'll receive the promised credit.

Worst experience I’ever had
Worst experience I’ever had. Never on time, always extra fees. They care nothing about customer service. Most useless company ever delt with. No wonder the whole world hates them. They will even cancel orders randomly just to screw you over and then refuse to refund.

Have been very sick and was gifted door…
Have been very sick and was gifted door dash cards. Today is our anniversary. Have been sitting here starving trying to order for an hour. First restaurant timed out for the evening just I we entering payment info. The next one wouldn't let the order be placed because we didn't choose a sauce. Searched menu for this sauce and got "no matches". No place to choose sauce. Just hope can somehow use this card up and delete the app.

DoorDash SUCKS
DoorDash SUCKS. Don't use this company. Someone ordered 3 meals on my account yesterday - all within 20 minutes. I immediately contacted Customer Service. I was on the "chat" yesterday for over an hour; today, again for an hour. I found a phone number and have been transferred to 5 different people with no help. The "chat agent" said it doesn't look "fraudulent"...3 orders in 15 minutes - 2 of them from the same restaurant - but different orders??? Not to mention I was at work and wouldn't get home for 5 hours...so this food sat outside my building for 5 hours. The Customer Service at DoorDash is TERRIBLE. The agents don't care and pass you around to someone else. Seriously, I probably chatted with 10+ people, who kept disconnecting. There are other food delivery companies...stay away from DOORDASH!

Coupon offer, but you can't use it
Doordash sent me a coupon via email and then when I ordered, it never gave opportunity to use the coupon. Added extra charges (forcing us to pay a delievery charge AND tip the driver). When we tried to cancel, they said we can't get full refund. Basically, a robbery in progress in my opinion.

so i ordered chick fil a breakfast this…
so i ordered chick fil a breakfast this morning and the doordasher comes and drops it off, but then he sits in his truck and doesnt move for like 5 minutes? then he decides to go down the street and turns around and waits there, once i had opened the door i could see his car creep back so i didnt even grab my food and panicked closing the door and locking it again, three minutes pass again and he finally leaves. this is in sandusky OH, his name is Kemmes.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My daughters ordered food last night. Dasher arrived with different food from a different restaurant. Dasher went to the original restaurant to check the order that was placed by my daughters. The restaurant was closed. When finally reaching customer service (horrible), they said a decision on a refund would be made in 24 hours. Today they handed down their decision from on high - no refund due to not enough evidence. Even though the dasher supported the story and tried going back to straighten it out, which he did not have to do. I have deleted DoorDash app and will never use it again.

No refund for Cigarette Food
I liked doordash until I had to contact customer support. Our food smelt and tasted like cigarettes. We took one bite and threw it out. The dasher must have been smoking in the car. I contacted customer support and they offered a $10 refund for a $40 order that was inedible. I asked if they could accommodate a full refund considering the circumstances and they said there was no way because the system handles everything. I work in tech. I KNOW there is always a way. They just didn't want to help.

DOORDASH IS TRASH
Customer support and resolution are atrocious. I have had multiple food/delivery/promo/other issues and none of them have ever been resolved. Their staff will say they are resolving it but nothing ever happens or replies nor resolved. NEVER USE DOORDASH. I wish this website has negative ratings so I don't have to give Doordash one star.
